Core members of ET-OI and Countries identified by Congress XVI as GISCs will be sent an official invitation. Associate members are also welcome to register by submitting a form to the Director of WIS pshi@wmo.int
Upon receipt of a request, the secretariat will coordinate with the chair to arrange for an invitation to be sent to the member's WMO Permanent Representative requesting participation of the member.
