Focus of telco
The normal standing agenda will be set aside for this urgent adhoc meeting which aims to progress preparation of WIS Monitoring Demonstration for Congress 171. Pilot Demonstration Project
- Confirmation of Contributing GISCs and DCs (Pilot Project Team)
- Status report from DWD/CMA/JMA (PPT) | (JMA) | (CMA)
- Status report INMET (PPT)
- Status report ECMWF
- Status report HKO
- Feedback from TT-DC (report) | (PPT)
- Selection of a Project Leader for Pilot (Previously Australia-Weiqing)
- Confirmation of Project Support team (Focus points and leads from contributing centres)
- Confirmation of Pilot Project Executive (presently TT-GISC)
- Selection assistant project manager, possibly from an otherwise non contributing GISC
- Outline of road- and/or mind-map of project
- Agreement on who should particpate in further adhoc teclons on pilot. (Restricted or anyone, etc?)
- Agree on place and date of Pilot workshop (tentatively week of 8 Mar 2015)
