Finalise high level WMO CDMS user stories

Phase 1: from the 25 April to the 6 May 2016 at Toulouse, France, Radim Tolasz and Rachid Sebbari attented a Workshop on User Stories. They developed 1 Mind map and draft one or more user stories for each sub-component of the main CDMS components. Report of the workshop. Mind Maps files and user stories files of the workshop

Draft an ET-CDMS communication plan
The plan is expected to include aspects of (i) approaching known CDMS-relevant groups, such as CliDE, CLIMSOFT, MCH, CLIDATA etc; ICA&D implementations; MF and CMA training participants; WMO RCCs; PR nominations etc to invite individuals to subscribe to the CCl CDMS NMHS closed Email list; (ii) reaching out to the research community; (iii) populating the CCl CDMS Discussion Email list; (iv) use of WMO facebook and twitter channels; (v) use of CCl OPACE nominees list; (vi) use of MeteoWorld and WMO Bulletin; (vii) distribution of a new CDMS survey; etc.Coordinator: Karen McCourt
