Meeting room
As you arrive at NCAR there is a large building on the right. Continue towards the car park, and to your left there will be a smaller building (circled in the satellite view). Our meeting room is downstairs in the smaller building.
From the car park, take the path to the building, and take the right hand branch to get to the lower entrance. At the entrance, you should find directions to find the meeting room.
Key objectives
The primary objectives of the meeting are to:
Respond to issues raised at the ICAO WG-MIE meeting held the previous week
Agree how iwxxm 3 would address the requirements of Amd 78 to Annex 3
Agree on whether and how the structure of IWXXM would be simplified and more responsive to future amendments to Annex 3.

Passport and visa requirements
All foreign nationals entering the USA must possess valid passports. It is recommended that all participants check whether they require a Visa or ESTA for entering the USA. Invitation letters can be requested if required for obtaining a Visa.
Location and hotels recommended by NCAR
The MESA Laboratory is located at 1850 Table Mesa Drive, Boulder, CO, 80305 in the Damon meeting room. Please note that NCAR has several facilities in the Boulder area, the NCAR Mesa Lab is located in south Boulder. An airport bus is available to get to Boulder from the airport, and NCAR also recommends the Green Ride shuttle service.
There are many hotel options in Boulder and in the nearby city of Louisville, but few within the immediate vicinity of the NCAR Mesa Lab. Nearby hotels include but are not limited to:
