Please provide either (i) a draft updated (or new) SoG, or (ii) a short report explaining why there is no updated SoG (e.g. no change required, pending, etc.), and any other related issue that needs to be raised with the IPET-OSDE.
In addition, please also report on any issue with regard to representing the observational user requirements of the application area in the OSCAR database.

The document should elaborate on (i) how the observational requirements for the GCW are currently taken into account within existing SoGs, and propose how these should be updated if needed, and (ii) the possible need for new application area(s) to address the observational requirements of the GCW not covered as part of existing application areas and their respective SoGs.
