World Climate Conference-3 (WCC-3) held from 31 August to 4 September 2009, in Geneva, Switzerland, brought together more than 2'000 climate scientists, sectoral experts and decision-makers. The event established a global framework for climate services “to strengthen production, availability, delivery and application of science-based climate prediction and services.” (Video) |
