Notification from The Netherlands

Amendments to The Netherlands, Part E, National Code Forms  

The information, currently available  for codes FM 12 SYNOP, FM 15/16 METAR/SPECI, FM 51 TAF and the national codes FN 01 KLIM and the FN 04 MEMA, is no longer applicable.

As of 1 May 2005, all Dutch SYNOP-observations will be generated fully automatic. Therefore the national regulations regarding the SYNOP and the national code form KLIM have changed.
 

 Region VI - Section D - National Coding Procedures with regard to International Code Forms

FM 12 SYNOP
Delete all information concerning the international code FM 12 SYNOP for The Netherlands.
Replace the deleted information of the FM 12 SYNOP for The Netherlands, by the renewed information.

FM 15-16 METAR-SPECI
Delete all information concerning the international code FM 15/16 METAR/SPECI for The Netherlands.

FM 51 TAF  
Delete all information concerning the international code FM 51 TAF for The Netherlands.

 

Region VI - Section E - National Code Forms

 

Delete all the information concerning the Dutch national code FN 04 MEMA

Replace information of KLIM by information of the new FN 01 AUTO KLIM.
