thanks Eizi for summarizing, I do not have much to add. The outcome for me was that.


1) everybody will reinitialize their testsytems removing all old metadata
2) everybody will create 5 testrecords from the urn:x-wmo:md:int.wmo.wis.test3:XXX namespace
3) it is now mandatory to have sets WISTEST-CMA,WISTEST-DWD,WISTEST-INMET,WISTEST-JMA and WISTEST-CATALOGUE, each filled accordingly with the respective metadata.
4) we will resume the testing next Wednesday 00UTC.

I have put the current issues as well has who has to check them on the WIKI. (JIRA might be better
but not everybody has an account and knows how to use it).
