If you need to update a document, please re-submit it as a new document with the same name.

The form allows you to submit a document either by uploading a file or by providing a link to a file (files up to 50Mb may be uploaded). You may submit them separately if you wish.

Please keep the file name of your document in the format WIS-FT2019(agenda item number)-title.pdf ensuring to keep the name to less than 20 characters - if it is too long it is truncated and the system loses the file type.

Document URL	URL from which document can be downloaded (if your document is larger than 50Mb)
Email for correspondence *	Email address for the organizers to contact if there are queries about the document or presentation.
