ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION
Please, kindly note that ALL PARTICIPANTS will stay at the Luxent Hotel as special arrangements have been made. The transportation of participants, lecturers and WMO staff to/from the venue of the meeting will be provided.
Please, kindly complete the Hotel reservation proposed form below and send it to the local organizing committee with copy to the hotel as mentioned in the "Local Information Note"
WORKING LUNCH
Working lunch will be arranged at very reasonable price and participants will be requested to pay for the lunch coupons on the first day of the workshop.
