The deadline to make your booking is 31 October 2013.

Please, kindly note that arrangements have been made in 2 different hotels as mentioned in the info note. You are requested to contact your hotel, send your itinerary and book your bedroom.

SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT

For the participants who will stay at the Dorado hotel, a free shuttle bus will make the transfer to and from the airport.

For the lecturers who will stay at the Martha Hotel, a shuttle bus can be available at USD 15.- per trip.
