Apply to an OPACHE

The Open Panels of CHy Experts (OPACHE) are open for admission during the intersessional period (2016-2020). 

Each expert applying to be part of an OPACHE must complete a Professional Information Form and have their nomination approved by the Permanent Representative (PR) of the country of residence of the expert with WMO. The approval letter signed by the PR, should be sent either by fax or by postal mail or scanned and sent by email to WMO.
