Info 01 - Information for Participants

Location: EUMETSAT. Darmstadt, Germany

To get to Darmstadt from the Frankfurt International Airport you can either choose a taxi which will be in the order of 40Euro or take alternatively the express bus called "Airliner". The airliner departs from Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1 and also Terminal 2 Bus station every 30 minutes and costs approx. 8 Euro.

In either case the journey from Frankfurt Airport to EUMETSAT will last about 30 minutes.

Upon your arrival at EUMETSAT please register at the reception. You will need a form of legal identity for this, typically your travel passport. Participants will be collected from the reception and walked to the meeting room location.

The meeting will start at 10:00 on Monday 18th of August and will close on Wednesday nominally at 17:00 but this depends how much progress we can make on the days before.
