Information for participants of the ad hoc RA I Task Team on WIS Implementation Planning

Participants that have not reserved accommodation directly with a hotel for Sunday night will be accommodated in the Cat Walk Lodge.

Participants staying Sunday night at the Cat Walk Lodge will be transported to the Schoongezich Guesthouse at 0900 on Monday. (See the meeting web site http://wis.wmo.int/page=wisip-rai-1)

On Monday, we will need to pay the meeting hotel for the cost of the pick-up. Please make sure that you have cash to pay R900 (covering transfers from and to the airport). For those being paid an allowance by WMO, this should be covered by the amount provided for "Terminal Expenses".

From Monday until the end of the meeting we will be accommodated in the Schoongezich Guesthouse, and the meeting will be held in a room in the Guest House.
