Naming Convention in the list of documents

Note, this convention will sort documents by agenda order and then the type of document.
Id_: this is set automatically by the wiki and can be used in links http://wis.wmo.int/file=id
Name: X nn. This is the document number issued by the Secretariat when the document is received. X is D (document), I (Information), R (Reference)or W (working document at the meeting)
Description: a brief description of the purpose of the document that will help people find it.

File naming convention

Files containing documents will be given names in the following format. The document number will be edited into the document by the Secretariat.
IPET-MDRD-1-Tnn-Short_Name-version.ext
T is the type of document (D, I, R, W) and nn is the document number these are assigned by the Secretariat.

Document format

Word documents prepared for the meeting should use the format provided in the boilerplate document.
