These look like they might be attributes of the environmental monitoring facility.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>surface cover - codelists<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>topography /bathymetry are from 4 codelists  (e.g. valley bottom)<br /></p><p>[NOTE that we may want to look at how to handle the 4 lists]<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>It may make sense to have 4 attributes or create a datatype.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>events - history datatype (event description and date). May be as simple as mowing the grass, lightning strike - it's a logbook.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Site information - we may have a  basic class and there may be specialised types (e.g. skyline surveys, photos etc.)<br /></p>
