A TimeSeriesDomainRangeObservation is a type of timeseries observation where the result is a domain range encoded timeseries.<br /></p><p>In a domain range encoding, the coverage domain (points, in this case temporal points) are encoded separately from the coverage rangeset (i.e. the values e.g. measurements).<br /></p>
