Aeronautical code changes for METAR/SPECI and TAF (ICAO Amendment 73)
Notification from the Netherlands 

That due to problems in the software development, the aeronautical code changes for METAR/SPECI and TAF (ICAO Amendment 73) will NOT be implemented in the Netherlands on the internationally agreed data of 2 November 2005.  The Netherlands has aimed to implement the changes on Tuesday 29 November 2005.
