    INTERACTIVE ACCESS TO VOLUME C1 
    The WMO Secretariat has developed an application allowing an interactive access to the current Volume C1 - Catalogue of Meteorological Bulletins, available in the WMO server.  Users are invited to send any comments on the application to Pierre Kerhervé.

Change transmission times for Brazil.  The new schedule is 0730 and 1930.

MONITORING EXERCISES

    The global analysis made by the Secretariat of the special MTN monitoring exercise carried out in January 2004 is now available.

An analysis of the differences in the availability of SYNOP, TEMP, CLIMAT and CLIMAT TEMP reports between MTN centres during the October 2003 AGM and SMM exercises is available.

The analysis made by the Secretariat of the special monitoring of the exchange of Antarctic data carried out from January 2004 is now available.
