Points to note before downloading PC-IHACRES v1.02
The PC-IHACRES v1.02 package has been tested on Windows 2000. It will run on
an Intel 80386 (relatively slowly) but a Pentium processor (or equivalent) is
recommended.
Clicking below will download PC-IHACRES v1.02 and its documentation from an
executable Zip file onto the root directory C: (the hard-disk of your
PC). Click on "open" and "unzip" and the files
will then be unpacked automatically into the folder C:/IHACRES (containing the
program itself, ihacres.exe) and six sub-folders, as follows (total size
about 6MB), or "save" for unpacking later.

When you have downloaded, you should first look at C:\ihacres\READ_ME\READ_ME.pdf.
There is also a slideshow (SLIDE_SHOW.pps), giving an overview of the
IHACRES methodology, a 94-page PC-IHACRES user guide (USER_GUIDE.pdf)
including tutorials, and some notes giving further background (RELEASE_NOTES.pdf).
