PRESSURE TYPE WATER LEVEL GAUGE |

1. Purpose and objectives To measure the
water level of waterways, rivers, reservoirs, deep wells, etc. 2. Description This gauge
uses a semi-conductor pressure sensor to measure water levels
accurately in a compact instrument with excellent stability.
The range is up to 10m with an accuracy within 0.1% of full
scale. 3. Input Actual water
level. 4. Output Analogue
signals (0V-1V DC and 0V-5V DC) or a digital data display. 5. Operational requirements and restrictions A protecting
tube is needed for the sensor, which should be installed where
the current is low. 6. Form of presentation A catalogue
and instrument specifications are available. 7. Operational experience About 400 sets
were installed in Japan in 1999. 8. Originator and technical support Yokogawa
