TIPPING BUCKET RAINFALL GAUGE |

1. Purpose and objectives To measure the
amount and the intensity of rainfall. 2. Description This Rainfall
Gauge is an intermittently measuring tipping bucket rain gauge
sensor of 200mm diameter. The tipping bucket tips over every time
the rainwater entering through the water receiving port reaches a
certain level (0.5mm or 1.0mm) and such a tipping motion is
